Had the beef Manhattan lunch special. Excellent. Real shredded beef, not sliced beef that has no taste. This has taste AND texture!! Quiet place to have a drink and great value lunch!!! Highly recommended.

Today was my first visit to this business. They have ample indoor and outdoor seating and a huge menu. Kyle was immediately engaging and friendly. He recommended the daily specials and was even willing to substitute a side item within that chosen special without batting an eye. I ordered a half & half tea and Kyle kept the refills coming. The lunch special, smoked sausage with potatoes and green beans, was tender and flavorful. Cornbread and macaroni salad were yummy and the tea was tasty. All of the food was great and the service was excellent. Value here is very high. I look forward to my next visit!
Ive lived in Muncie for a few years now and havent had fair treatment in many food and clothing places down town because Im 'different'. The issues are always with females for some reason. When I went to Red Dog after work one evening, the guy there was culturally cautious....not in a racist way, but to make sure I have a great experience. He did a fabulous job! He is the reason I go back when I do. The ladies there are wonderful also. I go there when I want a little pick me up or just to be supportive since I am treated like a person instead of a person of color there. The food tastes awesome....my favorite are the loaded fries, nachos, and their burgers. I try something new everyother time I visit. The prices are more than fair! Support Red Dog Saloon. Its a laid back chill place with an outside enclosed smoking section, music box, pool table, alcohol/ beer, daily specials, and some games. Many blessings to this establishment! :)
